CBT "Action-Adventure" skills group
In partnership with Thornhill Acting Studio, have your child join us on an extraordinary journey, My Hero’s Journey, where your children will go through a physical and emotional journey of self discovery. Through this adventure, your child will embark on an ancient quest and encounter exciting challenges where they will learn social emotional skills and develop self-confidence in managing anxiety and facing fears.
